Licence Agreement

In return for payment of the one time licence fee for this software product ('Daisy'), you receive from Daisy Analysis Ltd. a licence to use the product subject to the following conditions :-

  1. The product may be used without time limit on one personal computer or workstation.

  2. A separate licence agreement and fee is required for each personal computer or workstation on which the product is used. Site and Network Licences are available.

  3. The software product (including documentation) may not be duplicated or copied except for archive purposes, program error verification, or to replace defective media, and all copies made must bear the copyright notices contained in the original.

  4. This licence and software may be transferred to a third party, with prior written consent of Daisy Analysis Ltd., provided the third party agrees to all the terms of this Licence Agreement and the Customer does not retain any copies of the software product.

  5. Purchase of this software does not transfer any right, title or interest in the software product to the Customer, except as specifically set forth in this Licence Agreement. Customer is on notice that the software is protected under the copyright laws. This software product may have been developed by an independent third party software supplier named in this package, which holds copyright or other proprietary rights to the software product. Customer may be held responsible by this supplier for any infringement of such rights by customer.

  6. Daisy Analysis Ltd. reserves the right to terminate this licence on breach. In the event of termination, Customer will either return all copies of the product to Daisy Analysis Ltd. or, with Daisy Analysis Ltd.'s prior consent, provide Daisy Analysis Ltd. with a certificate of destruction of all copies.

  7. In the event Customer modifies the software product or includes it in any other software program, upon termination of this licence, Customer agrees either to remove the software product or any portion thereof from the modified program and return it to Daisy Analysis Ltd. or, with Daisy Analysis Ltd.'s prior consent, provide Daisy Analysis Ltd. with a certificate of destruction of all copies.


Limited Warranty

The conditions are as follows :-

  1. Daisy Analysis Ltd. warrants for a period of 90 days, from the date of first installation, that Daisy will execute it's programming instructions, when properly installed to the instructions in this package.

  2. Daisy Analysis Ltd. does not warrant that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free.

  3. In the event that this software product fails to execute it's programming instructions during the warranty period, Customer's remedy will be to download another copy of the software or request a new disc from Daisy Analysis Ltd.

  4. Daisy Analysis Ltd. warrants the media on which this product is recorded is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days, from the date of first installation. Remedies are as above.

  5. All warranty claims must be in writing or by E-Mail to Daisy Analysis Ltd., within 30 days of the expiration of the warranty period.

  6. Daisy Analysis Ltd. makes no other express warranty, whether written or oral with respect to this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the 90 day duration of this written warranty. Some countries and/or individual states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  7. The remedies provided above are Customer's sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall Daisy Analysis Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit), whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Some countries and/or individual states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.


Signed and dated copies of this Licence Agreement can be exchanged with Daisy Analysis Ltd.
