The Help for Daisy 2003 is fully integrated with both the program and the Daisy Web Site.
Both the Help and the Daisy Web Site are written using HTML and follow some simple rules :-
- Everything will run in Internet Explorer 4.0.
This is not really necessary now, but it means that if we have a user who has a much-loved machine running Windows NT 4.0, then they will not be forced to upgrade. Note that Daisy is still written on such a machine, provided by Dell over three years ago!
- Note that Internet Explorer 4.0 or later must be installed on the computer that is running Daisy.
- The Help is available on the Daisy Web Site by clicking one of the links below.
Open the Help Home Page!
Open the Help Index!
- No pop-up windows are included in the Daisy Web Site, except where the Help is raised.
Usually, these pop-up links are shown as something similar to the link below.
'See Mapping in the Help for more details.'
- Note that there are hyperlinks in the Help that are used to control Daisy, when the Help is used in the program.
Obviously, these do not work and may cause errors if used on the Daisy Web Site.
