Open Database - HTML Chart

** New - The HTML Chart sub-command in the Open Database command in the File menu is used to open a HTML Chart.

They can also be opened directly using the Open command in any browser.

Note that a file, index.html can be created by Daisy in the HTML Chart directory which contains details of all HTML Charts.
