WILLIAM HOGG is currently a Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator at Marchant-Daisley Solicitors. Marchant-Daisley will become Cambridge Family Law Practice ('CFLP') in early Spring 2007 where William will be Head of ADR in this niche family law firm. Until very recently he was Head of the Family Department at Kester Cunningham John in Cambridge.

William primarily deals with high net worth individuals and deals with complicated financial matters, including tracing funds overseas. William is an experienced Family Lawyer, having joined his present practice from the niche Family Law firm of Sears Tooth in London.

William trained as a Collaborative Lawyer in March 2004 and has since had intermediate training in this country and in the USA. He is actively involved in the Cambridge Family Law Group. He is Treasurer of that group and is active in Resolution. He has recently become involved in training lawyers in the collaborative process and acts as a support trainer for Resolution.

William is active in promoting collaborative practice in the United Kingdom and has also been a collaborative law expert for Legal TV on Sky television.

William is Chair of the LawNet Family Training Group. He is an accredited specialist with Eurojuris as well as being a member of the IACP and, of course, Resolution. William has been invited to join the Association of European Lawyers.
