 The Daisy 2003 Opener is a much upgraded version of the Daisy Opener supplied with previous versions of Daisy.

Daisy 2003 Opener

Extra features have been added :-

  • The program can now open three types of databases; CSV, Microsoft Excel and anything through ADO.

    Opening of an ADO database is shown.

  • Lots of extra options have been added, which control how Daisy Charts are created.

  • Once a chart has been drawn it can be automatically saved.

  • Simple profiles can be defined which hold the settings of the program. These can be E-Mailed to other users.

  • The program can also generate the command line arguments needed to run Daisy. This has been developed so that Daisy can be integrated into other systems.

    Note that command line arguments are used with the Daisy 2003 Opener and not Daisy 2003!

The Daisy Opener and the related Daisy Viewer have been developed using Daisy 2003 under ActiveX technology.
