Save - HTML - Title and Fonts

The title can be defined and it can be made to be shown with or without a creation date/time.

This title only creates a simple header for each of the HTML Pages.

If you want to create something more comprehensive then use HTML Headers and Footers. This title can be ignored or incorporated into the header or footer.

The fonts are applied to all pages.

Note that font sizes follow the rules for HTML with 1 being the smallest and 7 being the largest. Figures of 4, 2, 2 and 1 are the defaults.

Set the various Bold settings as required for the title, sub-title and the headers for grids/tables.
