Print Setup, Style


This tab of the dialog is in two sections; record style and field style.


Record Style

There are four main styles that can be used to print each record :-

The three options can be checked to add extra blank lines and record numbers to the printed report.


Field Style

Field style allows a series of check boxes to be set which format each field.

** Tip - Use the two 'Don't Print...' boxes to reduce the number of unimportant fields printed.

Check the 'Don't Print if All Values the Same' box when you have checked the 'Add to Title if All Values the Same' box in the Title tab, to move those fields to the title.
