On behalf of the Trustees and Executor of the estate of Late Mr. Brian York , I once again try to notify you as my earlier letter was returned undelivered. I hereby attempt to reach you again by this same email address on the WILL.I wish to notify you that late Mr. Brian York made you a beneficiary to his WILL. he left the sum of Five Million Hundred Thousand Dollars (USD$ 5,100.000.00 ) to you in the codicil and last testament to his will.this may sound strange and unbelievable to you, but it is real and true.

Being a widely travelled man, he must have been in contact with you in the past or simply you were nominated to him by one of his numerous friends abroad who wished you good. Mr.
Brian York until his death was a member of the Helicopter Society and the Institute of Electronic & Electrical Engineers. He was a very dedicated Man who loved to give out.His great philanthropy earned him numerous awards during his life time.

Late Mr. Brian York died on the 16th day of February 2004 at the age of 90 years and his WILL is now ready for execution. According to him this money is to support his Goodwill activities (may his soul rest in peace.) and to help the poor and needy.Please if I reach you as I am hopeful,endeavour to get back to me as soon as possible to enable me conclude my job.

I Just Received the very same Email and thought it was a scam as I never met Mr. Brian York. I hope no one falls for this as I have fell Victim to an Internet scam and know what can happen withthem.

I got one too. Interesting to note that the originating email is on mac.com but the forwarding email is on homemail.co.za residing in South Africa! ... I guess I'll have to keep looking elsewhere for my millions. ((sigh))

i just recieved this email and it is a total scam!!!! i actually called the number posted above and the man wants me to send all kinds of information. I was like umm no.. so my advice to you is check the internet before following through on scams.

I also received this email, skeptical i googled it and found this site. If I inherited any money i'm sure they would have my address and phone number and not my email. and they would contact me that way.

Ditto ditto - been there, received that same email too. Why don't we all phone the guy collect? Ha ha ha! There ought to be a way to bounce this stuff back to it's source. Why can't someone figure out how to do it?

I just recieved the same. I wish i did inherit this money. But remember anything that sounds too good is too good to be true. Our news just did a report on scams like this one so luckly I was well aware. I responded back to him by saying to reach me you can dial 911 and ask for officer Smith. And let him know that you want to be arresed for fraud.

i recived this email yesturday and was Like what??? I inhertied 5 million dollars? But now to find out this is a scam I not suprised at all because I never knew no MR. Brian York. "those stupid peopl"

i've also recieved the letter. watch out for these people they are sneaky and slick. dont get caught up in fraud.
