Note :-

  1. The various parameters, directories and files that can be setup here.

  2. The Run/Stop button which starts and stops the program.

  3. The 'Setup' and 'Analysis' buttons which control which window is shown.

  4. The three options also specify the size of the program window. The number of pixels is the height

  5. The status of the program is shown at the bottom.

All of these settings are saved when the program is ended.
