Extra text and check boxes must be set to determine the format of Excel workbooks/worksheets :-

• Worksheet Name is the name of the created worksheet. Use the '...' button to look at any current worksheets

  Remember that you can't overwrite a an existing worksheet with Daisy. Use 'View with Excel' to open and edit the selected workbook.

• Field/Column Names and Title sets how the column names will be stored in the new worksheet.

  The Title will be used as the first line in the saved worksheet.

• Field/Column Format sets the format of the cells in the worksheet and the maximum width of each column.

• Right Justify sets which types of fields/columns are right-justified.

• More sets further options such as the page setup.
