Edit Profile Startup

When a profile is opened, the various settings for chart size, Excel, help etc. are copied into Daisy.

In addition, a profile can be setup so that on opening, it opens a database and draws a chart.

Three different types of database can be opened :-

• CSV File - Enter the full path of the database.

• Excel - Enter the full path of the workbook and the name of the worksheet.

• ADO - Enter the connection string and record source.

  Use the various buttons to build and test these two settings.

Check the three boxes to determine, if charts are to drawn, printed and it is required to exit after drawing.

Up to nine templates can be defined. Check the box at the side if that is the one to be drawn, when the database has been loaded.

These templates will be incorporated into the Draw menu.
