Floating Help Window, Configure

** New - Set the various options which control how the floating Help window appears.

Note :-

1. Check Always Open Help Window on Start Up if you want the floating Help window to be opened when Daisy starts.

   Otherwise the setting at the last run of the program will be used.

2. Check the various On Top boxes to ensure that the floating Help window remains on top at all times.

3. The 'Edit' button will not appear unless editing of the help pages has been enabled in Help Configure.

4. If the floating Help window is not wide enough then not all buttons in the toolbar will be shown.
