External Product

Daisy is normally registered by entering registration details, such as a user code and various registration codes into the program.

These codes can also be retrieved automatically from an external source.

Versions of Daisy that do this are called External Products.

Daisy Educational is an example of an External Product.

Note :-

1. Creation of External Products can only be performed by Daisy Analysis. A special licence is required.

2. They do not need any user or registration codes to be entered by the user.

3. Descriptions, creation and expiry dates can all be added by the creator to an External Product.

4. External Products can be upgraded to any of the regular versions of Daisy.
