Add Mapping
Mapping fields are added by choosing the database field, followed by the mapping type, which can be Date, Time, Numeric or Text and finally the mapping format.
Toggle between the various screens in this dialog, using Back and Next, ending with Finish.
Cancel ends the process without adding a new mapping field.
